Drummer Wanted for Indie/Post-Punk Band

We are a reasonably established band looking for a new drummer who is interested in being part of a band in which every member has an equal say, collectively writing original songs and gigging in the Birmingham area. Influences include Joy Division, The Cure, The Smiths, Interpol, Radiohead, Pixies, Echo and the Bunnymen, The Doors, Editors, Led Zep, Soundgarden, Nirvana. Please respond if you are interested.
