Forming a Hard Rock/Metal band

I'm looking to put together a Hard Rock/Metal cover band.
I'm looking for drummer, lead guitarist, bassist and vocalist.
You must have equipment suitable for small venues (pubs, bars and halls etc.) and be up for jamming at least once a week! Also, I'm not looking for any bullshit, I had to many time wasters on my last post. If you can't play your instrument well, or you haven't got your own instrument/gear, thanks but no thanks, I'm not interested.
I do want this band (if one even forms) to perform live and write and record our own material some time in the future. But for now, lets keep it fun and simple and learn as we go by sticking to covers!
