Guitarist wanted

I'm looking to form a band, I'd ideally love to have someone with similar interests, I love oasis/stone roses & all that Manchester music and my friend who is a drummer shares the same love for that genre, I play little guitar but ideally we could do with somebody that actually has some talent.
