Singer needed for hard rock band

We are a hard rock band in the process of writing our own material whilst playing covers for now. We need somebody to front the band between the ages of 16 and 18. We feel that good stage presence is equally as important as a good vocal range however we're ideally looking for somebody who can do both. If you can play rhythm guitar then it would be strong advantage however this is not essential.
