TEEN GIRL BAND!

Hi, I am looking for girl members who are talented and willing to form a girl band aged 15-17 years old. I am 16 years old in July and play the guitar and sing. My influences are One Direction, Little Mix, Fifth Harmony and would like to upload covers on Youtube to build a fanbase,eventually writing our own songs and ultimately getting signed and becoming the next big thing.
