Band looking for lead guitarist

Hi there,
We're a new band, who will cover Cambridge and North Essex, mostly of musicians who have played for years, who are looking for a lead guitarist, male or female.
This is not a rock band.
We will be mixing genre's, as we want a vibe and a sound that will either get people singing along, or up on the dancefloor.
