Bassist looking to join/start a band

I'm a19 year old bassist looking to start or join a 2nd band I'm currently in a band but don't gig regularly so looking to get another band on the go, I've got the mod/britpop look, type of genre of music I'm wanting to play is indie/alternate/britpop/mod.
Types of bands/influences: Oasis, shed seven, cast, stone roses, twisted wheel, the enemy, the jam, the who, stereophonics, ocean colour scene, the verve etc.
Any ages will do me tbf would prefer closer to my age but I ain't bothered.
Wolverhampton/wednesfield/Walsall area is preferred.
