Drummer, 49, seeking a regular jam/casual band

Hi
Drummer, 49, looking for a semi-regular jam and/or casual band (I do have some variability in availability due to the nature of my work). Have been in a studio thing with a band for the last year but looking for a change.
Prefer pop, rock or similar (no indie or .......core please).
Also happy to fill in with any band whose drummer can't make rehearsals etc.
