Drummer looking for hip hop/neo-soul band

Hi guys/gals

I'm a drummer who's been playing for about 12 years now, I moved out of London and just playing as a hobby now but I really want to get a hip hop or neo soul band going, inspired by the likes of the roots, erykah badu, Jill Scott, ghostpoet and more locally monster Florence. Thinking about just getting together in a rehearsal space and getting a project together. I'm 25 and would like to play with people of a similar age if possible.

Anyone out there?
