Drummer wanted for new 70s style/steely dan influenced band

I and two friends (keys, guitar, bass, average age early 60s) are setting up a band with a view to recording an album early next year and then gigging it the second half of next year, possibly kicking off at the Edinburgh fringe. The (original) music is heavily 70s/Steely Dan influenced. Our history is that we've worked together before on a variety of mainly solo or duo projects but are keen to create something more along the lines I've mentioned above.

I am based in the South Lakes, the guitarist is in Eccles near Manchester, the bass player is in London so it will be a challenge but we're sure we can find a rehearsal space that is suitable in the North West. At worst I have space at my place in the South Lakes.

We're not expecting to make a fortune (as if most musicians ever do!) but are aiming to cover our costs with the gigs. A realistic aim I think.
