Drummer wanting more experience

Hi. My name is Matt and I've been learning the drums for the past 4 years. Due to work and jobs at home I don't always get time to practice the way I should, joining a band will sort out this problem. I can keep tempo and maintain a beat and throw in a few fills. I'm looking for a band with members maybe in the same situation as me or still learning. Any questions please ask. I'm dedicated to the core.
