Experienced singer looking to join a band

Very experienced vocalist capable of singing low baritone ballad to higher rock and falsetto vocals. Originally trained in light opera I have a strong voice but can also cover very delicate and melodic songs.
Having studied classical guitar as a teenager I moved to singing in local Amateur Musicals and then progressed to Semi Professional Rock/Pop Concerts.
For 6 years performed lead and backing vocals with a band called Blue Onyx,the only Moody Blues tribute band in the UK at that time.During our last summer together we performed for two founder members of the Moody Blues- Ray Thomas and Mike Pinder


I am looking to either join an existing band or to "hook up" with musicians who wish to set up a band, duo, trio etc....for regular gigs and festivals within the UK. Very Interested in both covers and new music

My main ifluences are: Beatles, Moody Blues, Bread, Al Stewart, ELO, The Eagles, Alan Parsons Project, The Doors, Pink Floyd, most 80's New romantic, Human League, OMD
