Female or male singer / also a bass player needed

We're looking for a vocalist and bassist with a view to forming a Blues/ Blues Ballad group (with some Blues Rock and some Rock/ Soft Rock thrown in. So far we are a Rhythm Guitar/ Sax Player, Drummer and a Lead Guitarist interested. This is going to be evolutionary but is a great opportunity to build from the ground up.
