Female singer wanted for alternative band

Hey, I'm relatively new to London (Greenwich area) and looking for people to jam and write with. Probably looking to form a full band eventually but just starting with myself and a singer for now while we get some songs written and establish the identity of the project.

For some background, I'm 25 (but not bothered if you're older/younger) I used to play lead guitar in a band that covered acts like ACDC, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Arctic Monkeys, Stereophonics, all sorts, but I'm focusing more on acts like Snail Mail, Alvvays, Crumb, Wet Leg, Soccer Mommy, to name a few with female lead vocals.

Not looking to directly emulate any artists, and I'm open to whatever influences you bring with you, but those are some acts that might give a good idea of what I'm looking for.

I have a lot of song ideas that can be developed but it will be completely collaborative, whether we write songs separately and bring them to each other, or sit and write together. Anything goes!

P.S. I'm away from London until September but thought I'd get the ball rolling and see if there was any interest. Hit me up and we can talk about what sort of music we like.
