Female vocalist wanted for 80s/90s punk/pop band
Sadly after five years our vocalist is having to leaving us in the summer because of upcoming work commitments. We're going to miss her as she's like family but we're all still excited to play and keen to continue with a shiny new vocalist.
Music wise we play pop/punk covers of 80's bands/artists such as Blondie, Kim Wilde, The Bangles, Katy Perry...etc with the aim to be loud and fun.
Ideally we're looking for someone who enjoys being in a band, doesn't take themselves too seriously and can sing a bit! Band experience and the ability to play an instrument would be good but by no means essential.
From our point of view as a band we're already tight and well practiced and have regular gigs and festival throughout the year. As people I'd like to think we're very friendly and we have no egos. It's all about having fun and getting people dancing.
Currently we practice once a week in Bradford, but that's not set in stone.
Thanks
