Guitar technician/sound man wanted

I am looking for a guitar technician rather than a player per se: someone who understands what guitar effects pedals do. Someone with a good understanding of signal paths/power diagrams/pedal board construction and who understands the concepts of compression/distortion/power boosts/overdrive/modulation/multi-effects etc. A whizz with a soldering iron and an ear for what is a good sound would definitely be a plus.
