Guitarist available for rock/metal band

I'm a self taught guitarist and I'm looking for a rock/metal band to join.

My influences are most rock from korn to the lighter more punky stuff like blink. Not too into death metal/scream

I write a little but am lacking the inspiration from others and some sick bass lines.
