Guitarist looking for band

Hey guys,
I am currently looking for a new band. I am interested in joining or creating a hard rock band.
I have over a years experience in playing guitar and I am inspired by the likes of Kirk Hammett, Slash and Alex Turner.
I also have a fair bit of band experience. I am still yet to play live but I know people who can help me get gigs (sound engineers and friends)
