guitarist wanted for alt country band

Singer/Songwriter (43), been performing a long while. I'm forming a new band around original songs I've written. Genres: Alt Country/Rock & Roll/Americana/Folk Rock. Influences Include: Ryan Adams, Dylan, Springsteen, Wallflowers, Counting Crows, Stones. I play acoustic and electric but looking for the solos and general lead player. Backing vocals really helpful too and a welcome addition. Not worried about age, just someone who wants to put a good band together and play gigs. Lots of material available. Rehearsals planned in Rettendon nr Chelmsford due to bass and drummers locations.
