Guitarist/bassist/vocalist looking to form grunge band

Im in my mid 30s, live in essex and would like to form a band to jam with and make music. I play guitar and bass so i can always play one or the other. Drummers are where i have trouble finding any. Ive played in about 7 bands before but now im older im finding it realky hard to meet people who have the time to pratice, even just 1 or 2 times a month. Idealy once a week but whatever soneone can do. Im into grunge, metal,black metal, punk, noise rock.
