Lead guitarist wanted

I am looking for lead guitarist/songwriter to start a hard rock band. Someone who is serious about making a living in music and is going to put 100% into a band.

Age range must be: early/mid 20's.

Influences include: Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Queen, KISS, Thin Lizzy, AC/DC, Guns 'N' Roses, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Queens Of The Stone Age, Foo Fighters.

Own transport is an advantage.
