Looking for inexperienced musicians to start original band

-Looking for inexperienced/beginner musicians to create original music.
-I'm a guitarist and have been playing for just under a year, so I'm sh*t.
-Ideally I want more sh*t people on roughly the same level as me so we can all learn and grow together as musicians (if that makes sense).
-Although I'm serious about the music, I want to have fun, make some badass noise and just enjoy the hell out of this.
-I'm 22, would prefer people around the same age but open to all ages.
-I listen to rock/metal/groove metal/grunge. Music I like off the top of my head: Alice in Chains, Tad, Pantera, Metallica, Deftones, Black Sabbath, Tool, Grimes, Violent Soho etc. etc.
-What I really want to do is try to innovate and find a new sound. So we don't have to play metal, could be anything, I'm open. I want to create something new and exciting.
