Looking for synth/keys and drummer

Lincoln/Newark area. Looking for synth/keys and a drummer to form a band for a female fronted act. I'd especially love to collaborate with more women/non-men in the scene, but this is absolutely open to anyone who connects with the sound and vision. I'm a pre-established singer/songwriter looking to expand live performances with real musicians ideally aged 21-45. Mostly original music and a few covers in the mix to keep the crowd on their toes. Great gigs with existing fanbase but looking to expand to bigger events/festivals which require live instruments to be taken seriously.

Quirky alt-pop sound, inspired by Florence + The Machine, Kate Bush, Danny Elfman (Oingo Boingo), Haute & Freddy, Chappell Roan, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Bjork, Eivor, Aurora.

Previous gig experience is not required but is strongly recommended for confidence. Own transport or access to public transport definitely required as gigs are all up and down the country and not just local. Rehearsals will be in or around Lincoln. Aiming to be ready for a gig already booked at the Engine Shed in August!
