Looking to start an indie band (16-19)

Hi I'm Oscar,
I'm looking to start an indie-rock / psychedelia band based in SW London.
I need a drummer and a bassist. I play guitar and also have a friend (who plays guitar) that might join.
My influences are : Mac Demarco, HOMESHAKE, Connan Mockasin, Infinite Bisous, Michael Seyer, Drugdealer, Weyes Blood, Mild High Club and many more with that sort of sound.
