Looking to start/join an alt-rock/metal band

Hey, I'm Matt, a guitarist/writer looking to get together with like-minded music fanatics to join an existing band or start one up. To hang out, jam, play covers and write originals and ideally play some gigs. I tend to write textural, heavy, drifty, riff-driven alt-rock/metal but open to different styles. Fave bands/influences include Deftones, Biffy Clyro, Tool, Muse, Porcupine Tree, Sleep Token, Spiritbox, The Cure, Chevelle, Loathe, Soundgarden, Gojira, BMTH, Marmozets, QOTSA, Royal Blood, Nirvana, Metallica and Meshuggah.
