Rock/metal

I'm a guitarist of a decent standard, looking to start a rock/metal covers band. Pretty open to input, I usually play stuff like maiden, Metallica, motley crue etc. I have however recently bought a 7 string so I'm moving into more progressive metal stuff and as the kids would say djent.
I have contacts for local music venues so when we are at an acceptable level I would be able to arrange gigs.
Open to any age.
