Saxophonist looking to just meet up and jam with others.

I,m a gospel musician primarily and would usually be doing rehearsals, church services, weddings,concerts and the like but since this wretched lockdown all of that is on hold so I've been jamming along to backing tracks which is ok but gets kinda boring after several months;really miss getting together and playing with other musicians.
So is there anyone out there who wants to get together and jam out/play, soul,blues,funk,jazzy stuff,gospel,contemporary etc. I play Alto and Soprano saxes and play by ear,not a reader but decent standard as a backing musician.
I live in the Medway area but drive so I can travel out within reason if its worthwhile.
