Singer looking for musicians to form band

I'm a Singer/Songwriter/Rhythm Guitarist but mainly a Singer. I would best describe my vocal style as loud and energetic Rock n Roll, like Ziggy era Bowie, Iggy Pop, Nick Cave, Lux Interior, Johnny Thunders, kinda Punk, Rock n Roll with attitude, although I'm influenced by a lot of different vocal styles.

Serious about forming a good band. Looking for like minded musicians of any level who want to commit themselves to creating good music.
If we can put together a good band and create good music then we'll have the chance to work at being a great band.

After finding the right musicians I would like us to work on writing a set of 7 or 8 straight forward rock n roll songs with some punk attitude and a focus on good songwriting, good lyrics, good arrangements. To find our own sound and to make it sound new, of our time and relevant. This would be the first step, a way of finding ourselves musically as a band and introducing ourselves to an audience.
If successful ( i.e. getting gigs, a following, recording ) then we could start further exploring who we are musically and where we would like to take it.
Anything is possible with the right people and the right attitude.

Some of my influences:

Babyshambles, B 52's, Beatles, Blondie, Bob Dylan, Bowie, Captain Beefheart, Cate Le Bon, Chuck Berry, The Clash, The Cramps, Dead Weather, The Doors, Eagles of Death Metal, Elvis, The Fall, Fat White Family, Gogol Bordello, Goldfrapp, The Good, the Bad and the Queen, Gossip, Grinderman, Half Man Half Biscuit, Hasil Adkins, The Hives, Howling Wolf, Iggy Pop, Johnny Thunders and the Heartbreakers, Johnny Cash, John Lee Hooker, Joy Division, Khruangbin, The Kills, King Crimson, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, The Kinks, Led Zeppelin, The Lemon Twigs, The Libertines, Link Wray, Little Richard, Love, Mac DeMarco, Marc Bolan, Madness, Motrhead, Muddy Waters, Neil Young, New York Dolls, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Pink Floyd, Pixies, PJ Harvey, Primal Scream, Queens of the Stoneage, Radiohead, Ramones, Rolling Stones, Sex Pistols, Sleaford Mods, The Smiths, Sonic Youth, The Specials, Steppenwolf, The Stone Roses, The Stooges, The Stranglers, Supergrass, Syd Barrett, T Rex, Them Crooked Vultures, The Velvet Underground, The White Stripes.
