Vocalist needed for hardcore punk band

Hi there, I'm an 18-year-old bassist who wants to form a hardcore punk band, influences are Suicidal Tendencies, Primus, Infectious Grooves, Bad Brains, Adolescents, and Black Flag. We already have guitar down so far, but we still need a drummer and a vocalist.

Ability to perform 'shouty' punk vocals (think Black Flag and Bad Brains) would be preferable, but not entirely necessary!
