Jason & The Donovans are building a high-energy professional live show band with huge ambitions.

This is not a tribute act and it is not a casual pub covers project. The aim is to build a full-scale, crowd-first live act with the sound, look and energy to work on bigger stages, festivals, theatres, events and proper ticketed shows.

The sound is big, bold and hook-driven: driving guitars, tight rhythm section, huge choruses, strong vocals, theatrical live energy and a punchy horn section that lifts everything into full show mode.

Think glam-leaning rock power, pop hooks, brass impact, serious arrangements and a live show built to make audiences feel like they are watching something bigger than a normal covers band.

We are looking for strong, reliable musicians who want to be part of building something properly. Players who can learn parts, serve the song, lock in with a band, bring energy to a stage and commit to the bigger picture.

Good people matter as much as good players. No egos, no drama, no passengers. This needs people who are professional, prepared, enthusiastic and excited by the idea of helping shape a big live project from the ground up.

The long-term target is a professional show band/live act with strong branding, strong visuals, strong arrangements, content creation, showcase gigs and a clear plan to grow.

This is for musicians who want more than just another band.
